Every morning I do the 45-minute weight loss program on the eliptical in my basement. At the end of the program my body is covered in sweat, and im breathing hard (not hard enough where I'm having trouble breathing).
After the workout my legs feel pretty fatigued, but not DEAD like they would after i run 2 miles or something.
My problem is that I'm not losing that much weight really... is this workout working?
P.S. I eat very healthy so my diet is why i'm not losing weight.
